Who I AM
My path to medicine began in childhood, inspired by my parents' medical careers. While studying pre-med and Gender and Women’s Studies at UC Berkeley, I became aware of how gender, sexuality, race, and class shape health outcomes. After graduation, I worked as a reproductive health specialist at Planned Parenthood, counseling patients on birth control, STIs, and pregnancy options.
I earned my naturopathic degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, and completed a two-year residency at One Sky Family Medicine in Seattle, WA. I specialize in digestive and pelvic floor issues, using tools like pelvic floor physical therapy, Mayan Abdominal Therapy, hormone and stool testing, and yoga. I’m also trained in performing pap smears, pelvic exams, IUD insertions, and treating common complaints.
As a cis-female, mixed race (Filipina and white), and queer-identifying practitioner, I recognize the impact of oppression and medical bias on health. My goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for clients of all sexualities, genders, races, sizes, and abilities. I am sex-positive, poly-friendly, and kink-friendly.
